Buffalo Milk has been enjoyed by millions of people for millennia.
Unlike the growing array of big brand factory produced dairy alternatives, Buffalo Milk is a totally natural product, produced sustainably from a grass based diet. No environmentally damaging soya or palm based feeds are ever fed to our buffalo.
A Little More Information
BUFFALO MILK is produced by water buffalo - a hardy and placid species of animal which have been domesticated for thousands of years. It is a healthy natural product containing more calcium than other milks.
In 1990 Robert & Nicola Palmer imported the very first water buffalo into the UK. They started milking buffalo during 1992 and continue to do so today.
Their milk is marketed by THE BUFFALO MILK COMPANY.
Much of that milk is processed on the farm in our small EU Licenced dairy.
